A secure multi-user web-based database system produced to administer all aspects of Commission recording and reporting for a leading rural finance broker. Addition, amendment and easy retrieval of both internal and external comission agreements. Comprehensive week-by-week reporting suite, broken down by either broker or funder together with fully automated production of Broker Commission reports and automatic email (and/or print) to all brokers. User has full control, able to manage the addition and maintenance of brokers and funders themselves. For peace of mind, a full audit log of all user activity is also provided.
Wellbeing Caseload Administration
This secure multi-user system records all aspects of wellbeing client caseload e.g. personal details, notes, notifications, activities and provides electronic forms e.g. Risk Assessments and Risk Management Plans. Find clients individually or by worker, allow supervisors to quickly identify their worker caseload. Allow Support Workers to add client notes but only read the remaining client information, all client acitivty is also audit logged. View client progress and outcomes using innovative graphical Recovery Star diagrams (© Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise, Used under license. Learning Management
A full learning management system. Secure customer-facing front-end allowing your customers/staff to log-on and take this years’ training modules. Reports where they are in the programme and issues a PDF-format certificate when they’ve passed, also allows access to company supplied document/policy portal. Separately secured back-end administration allows you to create your annual training modules – you can copy forward from previous year if needs be. All questions and answers are totally user-maintainable and multi-choice. Maintain a full document/policy portal – viewable from the front-end. Monitor your customers/staff to see how their training is progressing withe the training dashboard; sending out automated reminders as needed.
